There is nothing like that feeling of winning a big cash sum or a Jackpot, but what do you do when you need to withdrawal those winnings? At Mr Green, we believe that withdrawing your winnings should be as seamless and refined as a gentleman buttoning his jacket.

HOW DO I WITHDRAW WITH MR GREEN?
- LOG IN to your Mr Green account - It goes without saying, but you’d be surprised how many forget to log in.
- TAP the CASHIER button at the top of the site or your ACCOUNT SILHOUETTE icon.
- Select WITHDRAWAL.
- Enter the AMOUNT you wish to withdrawal – please note the method you select next will have a minimum required withdrawal.
- Next, select the METHOD OF WITHDRAWAL you would like to use – by default, the method used to deposit will be selected.
- CONFIRM your withdrawal – you will also receive an email receipt of the withdrawal and your deposit and withdrawal transaction history will also be updated onsite.
Please note that multiple withdrawal requests made during the same 24-hour period may be combined into a single payment transaction on your bank statement.
CAN I CANCEL A WITHDRAWAL?
Of course, you can! If you happen to change your mind and as long as the withdrawal is yet to be processed, you can cancel your withdrawal and return your funds to your Mr Green account. Here’s how to do it…
- Tap the CASHIER button.
- Select either the DEPOSIT or WITHDRAWAL sections.
- If choosing DEPOSIT, you will be prompted that an unprocessed withdrawal is still pending, offering you the option to cancel it and return the funds to your account.
- If choosing WITHDRAW, you will see a list of withdraw requests including any that are still displaying the status, AWAITING PROCESS. Simply select and reverse/cancel the withdrawal to return the funds back into your Mr Green account.
Please note that cancelled/reversed withdrawals will not qualify as a deposit for any promotions that require a deposit to trigger. A separate deposit must be made in this case.
WHAT DO THE STATUS COLOURS INDICATE?
RED means your withdrawal has been approved and funds sent.
GREEN means your withdrawal is still pending approval from our finance department.
Please note that if your payout has been approved it can take up to 5 business days for your funds to appear in the personal account of whichever withdrawal method you used.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY WITHDRAWAL?
Withdrawals take on average between 3 and 5 working days. Some methods may even take a little longer.
In the rare event your withdrawal takes longer, we recommend first checking that the details you entered for your withdrawal are correct, especially if its your very first withdrawal and if a new method was chosen that wasn’t the pre-selected method used when depositing.
If your Mr Green transaction history shows that your withdrawal has been processed and sent, please double check with the provider of the method of withdrawal used that your funds have not arrived, as they may simply be awaiting processing on the receiver end.
Should the funds still not be there, please provide us with a copy of the withdrawal statement and we can then begin an investigation.
I AM UNABLE TO MAKE A WITHDRAWAL?

Firstly, it goes without saying that only Real Money can be withdrawn – Bonus Money has wagering requirements that must be completed before it can be withdrawn. You can always check this by logging in and selecting the ‘Account Silhouette’ to see your cash breakdown.
Second option, if you have registered recently and have yet to verify your account, you will be prevented from withdrawing. Simply follow the onsite instructions within your account to get verified and your withdrawal processed.
Finally, if you are trying to select an alternative method of withdrawal compared to the original method used to deposit, you will encounter a problem. Anti-money laundering regulations require players to withdraw their winnings back to the original deposit method and account used to deposit. This is part of Mr Green’s legal licensing agreement and any officially licensed online casino.
CAN I LOCK MY WITHDRAWAL, MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO CANCEL IT?
