What Happens If I Get Disconnected from Poker While Playing?

Tournament Cancellation

Should an in-progress poker tournament be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as server failures, network disruptions, or other technical problems), the following procedures apply:

• Players eliminated before the cancellation will not receive refunds for any amounts related to that tournament.
• Players still in the tournament at the time of cancellation will:
  • Be refunded any buy-ins, knockout fees, rebuys, and add-ons purchased for the canceled tournament.
  • Share equally (regardless of chip count) the higher value between:
    1. The buy-ins, knockout fees, rebuys, and add-ons from eliminated players, or
    2. The guaranteed prize pool minus already distributed payouts.

In certain cases, we reserve the right to distribute refunds based on a formula that takes into account:

1. Each player's chip counts at the time of cancellation.
2. The tournament prize pool structure.
3. The actual prize pool collected from players or the guaranteed prize pool.

If a tournament is canceled while late registration is still open, or the tournament has not progressed significantly, we may not refund the shortfall between the guaranteed prize pool and the prize pool actually collected from players. Refunds for players still in the tournament at the time of cancellation will be processed within a few days.

Disconnections Due to Player-Specific Issues

If a player is disconnected for reasons specific to their personal device or connection, we will automatically attempt to reestablish the connection. If reconnection is not possible within a reasonable time:

• Ring Games:
  • If it’s your turn but no action (bet) is made, our system will “check” for you.
  • If another player has bet and you need to “call,” your hand will be folded.
  • Your hand will not be marked as “all in” due to a connection issue.

Before taking any further action, we will first activate your available time bank. If reconnection is not established during an active poker tournament, you will continue to play blinds until “blinded out.” Once reconnection is made, you will automatically resume play from where you left off.
