A. Eligibility
New players who register at Mr Green for the first time are eligible for one Free Spin on the Daily Spin & Win wheel (pre first-deposit).
To be eligible to play on the Daily Spin & Win wheel every day, a player must have successfully deposited at least once into their Mr Green account.
Players who have not deposited may do so at any time. Granting or renewing access to the Daily Spin & Win wheel may take up to 48 hours.
B. The Promotion
B.1 General promotion terms
This offer is valid once per day/account, on casino.mrgreen.com, and is limited to one player per household.
Bonuses offered hereunder are valid only for selected games and are not valid for the games listed here. We reserve the right to modify the games selection on occasion.
The Daily Spin & Win game can be played each day again from 00:01 CE(S)T.
Daily Spin & Win prizes vary; there are Cash, Free Spins or Bonus amounts.
There is no guaranteed win on the Daily Spin & Win game, sometimes the wheel may land on "No Win".
Odds of winning differ between prizes.
B.2 Claim:
Bonus money and Free Spins must be claimed within 24 hours of receipt. If unclaimed after this period has elapsed, the Bonus Money or Free Spins will be null and void.
B.3 Prize types:
Bonus
Bonus granted is an Immediate Bonus for use on casino products on the Site. An Immediate Bonus are bonus funds that are awarded in a restricted state and may be wagered with immediately upon receipt.
If you have any Pending Bonus, the release of the new Bonus will begin only once all previous Bonuses have been released. Time limits for each Bonus expiry are counted from the moment the relevant Bonus is granted.
Bonus expires within 60 days of granting.
Bonus must be wagered thirty-five (35x) times within 60 days from granting. If you choose to withdraw your original deposit amount before completing the wagering requirements as aforementioned in this section, the Bonus (and any applicable related winnings) will be cancelled. Free Spins:
The Free Spins credited to a player's account must be used within 7 days of being credited, unused Free Spins will be removed from the account thereafter.
Free Spins will be credited to the player’s account immediately following the ‘Congratulations’ popup after their daily spin.
The Free Spins may not be exchanged for cash.
Free Spins are set at a pre-defined bet amount of $0.10 per spin.
In the unlikely event of a technical malfunction during the spin, the Free Spins amount awarded will be shown in the message displayed upon the completion of the spin.
Free Spins are valid on selected Mr Green slot games only and can be divided in any way between those games. Mr Green reserves the right to modify the games selection on occasion.
Free Spin winnings are granted only after the players has completed playing all awarded Free Spins.
Free Spin wins are converted into cash and do not need to be wagered.

C. General:
No-one under the age of 18 or the age of legal consent for engaging in the gambling services made available through the Mr Green website and the Mr Green client under the laws of any jurisdiction, whichever is higher may participate in this Promotion.
You are eligible for this promotion only if you have completed the registration process onsite, provided complete, truthful, and accurate information in connection thereto, including without limitation, in respect of email address and payment details.
Mr Green may cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion, and any of the Bonuses or benefits offered hereunder, where required for security reasons, to comply with applicable law or regulation, due to abuse or otherwise where the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified as a result of exceptional circumstances. Other than where necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behaviour, any such cancellation, modification or suspension will not apply to you if you have already opted into the Promotion, made a deposit in expectation of receipt of a Bonus or other benefits offered, and/or commenced taking part in the Promotion prior to the date of the communication of the cancellation, modification, or suspension.
Should you have any pending messages on Mr Green’s website regarding your recent gaming activity, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility to participate and/or continue to participate in this Promotion. In such event, any Bonus and/or other benefit which you have received and/or are eligible to receive under this Promotion, shall be forfeited by you.
If we reasonably suspect that you are attempting to abuse any Bonus then we may: (i) not grant you such Bonus; (ii) request additional identification documents; or (iii) block or restrict your account, in accordance with the terms of the User Agreement.
Available funds will always be used before Restricted Funds (to include Money transferred) and the balance of both will be displayed in your My Account If you have both Available Funds and Restricted Funds in your account, the next wager you make will use Available Funds first. Restricted Funds will only be used once your Available Funds balance is zero. The foregoing will not apply to your use of Free Spins, Free Play and Jackpot vouchers, which can use at any time.
In order to meet the applicable wagering requirement, no real money shall be deemed to contribute (in full or in part) to the wagering requirement, unless otherwise specified by Mr Green. With respect to a Pending Bonus, you may only fulfil any wagering requirements, using Available Funds and any wagers placed using Restricted Funds will in no way count to fulfilling the wagering requirements.
Restricted Funds will only be available for use once the following conditions are met: (i) your Available Funds balance is zero (ii) all Sports bets are settled (iii) all Poker tournaments you have enrolled in are completed, and (iv) all real money game sessions are closed and related bets have been settled.
For the avoidance of doubt, if you place a wager on any casino games using Free Spins or Free Play, you will not be eligible to win the Jackpot prize.
All Bonuses and promotional offers, and any winnings generated through the wagering of either of the aforesaid, will be cancelled at withdrawal if any of the applicable conditions have not been met in full. You hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the "User Agreement" which includes but is not limited to the "Bonus Policy".
Should any player account become self-excluded or closed due to responsible gaming concerns before or during the valid dates of this Promotion, that player will be automatically excluded from any further participation even if they have already begun wagering.
