Mr Green General Promotions Terms and Conditions

These Mr Green General Promotions Terms and Conditions ("General Promotions Terms") apply to all Mr Green promotions and competitions offered to you by us from time to time ("Promotions") and form part of the General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") between you and us. The Promotions are also subject to promotion-specific terms and conditions which we will inform you of before you participate. All promotion-specific terms and conditions form part of these General Bonus Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict between the terms set in the Bonus Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions and/or the specific-Promotion Terms (to the extent that the terms apply to a bonus or special offer), the following order of priority shall apply.

By participating in a promotion, you agree to be subject to the Specific-Promotion Terms and Conditions, the General Promotions Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions.

1. Specific - Promotion Terms and Conditions
   1. Mr Green offers promotions, bonuses and special offers (including but not limited to general bonuses, Free Bets, Bonus Money, Poker Tournament Tickets, Free Spins and Jackpot Vouchers) which are subject to this General Promotions Terms and Conditions, (“General Promotions Terms”) and any promotion-specific terms and conditions made available to you from time to time (“Specific Promotion Terms”).
   2. Mr Green promotions are available to our mrgreen.com players subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in the applicable Promotion Terms or related communications, as well as the commercial segmentation determined by Mr Green. Bonus promotions are limited to one player per household even if there is more than one computer, tablet device or mobile device retained at the address. The identity of a user will be determined based on all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, payment card number, computer, and any other form of identification that may be required.
   3. Bonuses differ according to the product from which they are given (Casino, Poker, Sports), and some bonuses may be granted for use in more than one product.
   4. The terms 'New Player Welcome Bonus', 'First Deposit Bonus', 'New Deposit Bonus' and 'First Time Bonus' all refer to the same “Welcome Bonus’.
   5. Registration promotions and the first deposit promotions cannot be combined with any other similar promotion. A "similar promotion" refers to a Welcome Bonus’, offered via a third party. Only one of these promotions can be claimed, and the use of one will invalidate the other.
   6. If you have not passed KYC checks, reached your responsible gaming limit, or have self-excluded from the website, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility to participate or continue participating in any promotion. In such cases, any bonuses or other benefits you have received or are eligible to receive under the promotion will be forfeited.
   7. If we reasonably suspect that you may abuse any bonus which may be granted to you, we reserve the right to: (1) not grant you such bonus; (2) request additional identification documents; or (3) block or restrict your account.
   8. We may withdraw, revoke or amend any promotion or bonus at any time for any reason. If we do so, any bonuses that you have been granted prior to this will still be valid in accordance with the Promotion-specific Terms and Conditions, that applied at the time of their grant.
   9. Your account is made up of both “Available Funds” (which may also be referred to on the website as 'Cash Balance' or 'Deposit Balance') and restricted funds (which may also be referred to on the website as 'Bonus Balance') (the “Restricted Funds”). Your Restricted Funds are the total of bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement (as applicable), and any winnings associated with such bonus funds. Your Available Funds are those funds that you have deposited, and any winnings derived from such funds as well as any bonus funds that have met the applicable wagering requirements (as applicable). Available Funds can be withdrawn at any time in accordance with the Withdrawal Policy.
   10. If you have both Available Funds and Restricted Funds in your account, the next wager you make will use Available Funds first. Restricted Funds will only be used once your Available Funds balance is zero. The foregoing will not apply to your use of Free Bet Tokens, Free Spins and jackpot vouchers, which can be used at any time. If you place a wager on casino games using Restricted Funds only and win, you will receive, depending on your chosen account currency, up to a maximum of €500 in winnings. The maximum winnings cap when using Restricted Funds, including Free Bets and Free Spins, is €500 per wager. If the total winnings from a single wager exceed €500, only €500 will be credited. However, this limitation does not apply to verified progressive jackpot winnings derived from Restricted Funds. A 'verified' progressive jackpot refers to any jackpot win that is authenticated and validated, typically due to its network-contributed nature, with winnings often reaching substantial amounts.
   11. With respect to a bonus which you have been granted, if you have registered to a future poker tournament which has not taken place and/or you have placed a bet using Available Funds on any sports event which has not been settled, you will only be able to use your Restricted Funds following the conclusion of the poker tournament which you have registered for and/or the bet using Available Funds on the sports event has been settled (as applicable).
   12. Unless stated otherwise in the applicable Promotion-specific Terms and Conditions, all bonuses (and any associated winnings) expire within 30 days of the bonus being granted. This means that you must complete the applicable wagering requirements within 30 days of being granted the bonus, otherwise you will forfeit the bonus, and any winnings associated with such bonus.
   13. Withdrawing funds: Please refer to our Withdrawal Policy for more information on how to withdraw funds.
   14. If you make a withdrawal request, you will forfeit all of your Restricted Funds (which includes without limitation Free Bets, Tournament Tickets, Free Spins, Bonus Money and jackpot vouchers) and any related winnings with respect to such which have not been converted to Available Funds.
   15. In the event of a bonus being removed from your account for any reason, we reserve the right to remove the full bonus amount together with any winnings derived from this bonus, irrespective of any point accumulation that may have occurred with the said bonus.
2. Bonus General Terms and Conditions
   1. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which require you to make wagers totaling a particular value for you to be able to withdraw bonus funds and any winnings associated with those funds.
   2. Other than with respect to a pending bonus you may only fulfill any wagering requirements, using Restricted Funds. Any wagers placed using Available Funds will in no way count to fulfilling the wagering requirements.
   3. Unless stated otherwise in the applicable Promotion-specific Terms and Conditions:
      1. all immediate (non-pending) (those bonus funds which are placed in your account balance that are awarded to you in a restricted state and may be wagered immediately upon grant) bonuses and any winnings derived from such bonus may only be withdrawn after an amount totaling no less than 30 (thirty) times the initial bonus amount received has been wagered. For example, to withdraw a bonus of €10 and any related winnings, you need to wager €300 in Restricted Funds and the entire bonus criteria must be fulfilled; and
      2. all pending bonuses (bonus funds awarded in a restricted state and which do not appear in your account that may not be accessed nor wagered with, but are released into a player’s real-money bankroll when all the applicable wagering requirements have been completed) and any winnings derived from such bonus may only be withdrawn after an amount totaling no less than 30 (thirty) times the initial bonus amount received has been wagered. For example, to withdraw a bonus of €10 and any related winnings, you need to wager €300 in Available Funds and the entire bonus criteria must be fulfilled.
   4. Wagers placed using Restricted Funds will first apply to the wagering requirements of the earliest non-pending bonus. Once those requirements are met, the system will automatically apply subsequent wagers to the next bonus. You can monitor the status of your bonuses and wagering progress in your account.
   5. Wagering on all casino games contributes towards the wagering requirement but certain casino games contribute greater amounts than others. The following is a list of contributions towards wagering requirements for each individual game type:

   6. Examples:
      If you wager €500 in Restricted Funds on Video Slots with respect to a non-pending bonus, the entire €500 (100%) contributes towards the wagering requirements.
      If you wager €500 in Available Funds on Caribbean Poker with respect to a pending bonus, €100 (20%) contributes towards the wagering requirements.
   7. Low-risk wagering, such as betting on red/black, odds/evens in equal amounts in roulette, wagering that covers more than 25 numbers on Vegas Sports Roulette, will not constitute a valid wager for the purposes of meeting the wagering requirements.
   8. If you have registered with Mr Green and have not successfully made a real money deposit into your account, in the event that you were to place a wager on casino games using Restricted Funds and win you will receive, depending on your chosen account currency, up to a maximum of €100 in winnings. If your winnings exceed €100 you will only receive € 100. Such limitation on your winnings shall not apply to verified progressive jackpot winnings derived from Restricted Funds.
   9. If you have registered with Mr Green, until you successfully make a real money deposit into your account, the maximum amount that will be transferred to your Available Funds balance will be €100, subject to you meeting the relevant wagering requirements.
   10. Progressive jackpot prize amounts will not increase when wagers are placed using Restricted Funds, Free Spins, Bonus Money, or jackpot vouchers. Only wagers placed with Available Funds contribute to increasing the jackpot prize pool. However, any winnings from a verified jackpot win will be paid out in full, even if the winning wager was made using Restricted Funds, Free Spins, Bonus Money, or jackpot vouchers.
   11. With respect to wagering requirements relating to bonuses (pending and non-pending) on Mr Green’s sport betting products, up to €50 (whether made with Available Funds or Restricted Funds as applicable) of your bet will count towards the wagering requirements. For example, if you placed a bet of €100, only €50 would count towards the wagering requirements.
   12. Bonuses granted in relation to casino products can only be used on certain games. Please see Mr Green’s General Terms and Conditions for a list of casino games in which bonuses will not contribute to wagering requirements https://www.mrgreen.com/terms/bonus-denied-slot-games/.
   13. From time to time, you may be granted Free Spins and Free Play for use on Mr Green casino games:
       1. Unless stated otherwise in the applicable Promotion-specific Terms and Conditions, all Free Spins and Free Play credited to a player's account expires after 14 days. Unused Free Spins and Free Play will be removed from the account after this period.
       2. Winnings derived from Free Spins and Free Play are bonus funds and are subject to the terms set out above that apply to all bonuses (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the wagering requirements/bonus point requirements (as applicable).
       3. Free Spins and Free Play winnings are granted only after the player has finished playing all their Free Spins or Free Play and/or the maximum cap on winnings from Free Spins and Free Play (as applicable) has been reached.
       4. Winnings from Free Spins and Free Play are capped, as set out in the applicable Promotion-specific Terms and Conditions.
   14. From time to time you may be granted Jackpot vouchers for use on Jackpot casino games on Mr Green:
       1. A Jackpot voucher may be granted by Mr Green to a player as a type of bonus.
       2. A Jackpot voucher can only be used to participate in a jackpot game selected by Mr Green.
       3. Mr Green may at any time change the Jackpot game for which a Jackpot voucher may be used.
       4. Jackpot vouchers may not be: (i) exchanged or converted into cash; (ii) combined to create a higher value Jackpot voucher; or (iii) transferred by one player to another player.
       5. All Jackpot vouchers credited to a player's account expire on the earlier of: (i) 14 days from being granted; or (ii) the expiry date is set out in the applicable Promotion-specific Terms and Conditions. Any Jackpot voucher(s) not used by the end of this period will be cancelled.
       6. Players using a Jackpot voucher to play on a Jackpot game, will only be entitled to win and receive the jackpot prize and not any other amount in relation to the jackpot game.
       7. The Jackpot prize won with a Jackpot voucher will not be subject to any wagering requirements/bonus point requirements (as applicable).
       8. All Jackpot winnings shall be subject to the provisions set out in the User Agreement, including but not limited to those relating to Jackpot Winnings and verification of a player's win.
3. Additional Sports Terms
   1. We may grant you Free Bets which may be used on sports:
      1. Unless stated otherwise in the applicable Promotion-specific Terms and Conditions, a Free Bet cannot be redeemed on bets which are 'each way,' or 'permutations' 'Each Way' bets allow players to hedge their bet by covering multiple positions (e.g., top 3/4/5 finishers). 'Permutations' refer to various types of combination bets, such as doubles, trebles, or 5+ combinations, based on the odds selected in the player’s bet slip.
      2. A Free bet must be used in its entirety and cannot be split to place a number of smaller bets.
      3. Member bet limits also apply to the use of the Free Bet.
      4. Bets placed using Free Bets are not eligible to be used on our 'Best Odds Guaranteed' feature.
      5. The value of the Free Bet will not be included in any winnings derived from use of the Free Bet.
      6. A Free Bet may not be: (i) exchanged or converted into cash; (ii) combined with another Free Bet to create a higher value Free Bet; or (iii) transferred by one player to another player.
      7. A Free Bet can’t be combined with real money bets.
      8. Unless stated otherwise in the applicable Promotion-specific Terms and Conditions, Free Bets expire 72 hours after being credited to your account. Unused Free Bet will be removed from the account after this period.
4. Additional Poker Terms
   1. For players located in certain jurisdictions, territories and states, certain bonuses (including the Welcome Bonus) may not be available and there may be different wagering requirements for the withdrawal of bonuses and any accumulated winnings. For further details of where this applies, please contact us.
   2. Please note all Poker bonuses and gameplay is in USD.
   3. Eligibility for bonus promotions is limited to one player per household even if there is more than one computer retained at the address. The identity of a user will be determined based on all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, payment card number, computer, and any other form of identification that may be required.
   4. Bonus Points are only accumulated whilst you have an active bonus.
   5. All bonuses are subject to points accumulation requirements, which are requirements that require you to accumulate a certain number of Bonus Points (by making wagers totaling a particular value) to be able to withdraw bonus funds and any winnings associated with those funds.
   6. You can accumulate Bonus Points by:
      1. playing in poker ring games - for every $USD 1 of your “contributed rake” you will earn 2 Bonus Points. “Contributed rake” refers to how much rake you are directly responsible for, based on how much you contributed to the raked pot relative to the other players at the table, (“Contributed Rake’). For example, if you contribute $USD 25 of a $USD 100 pot (25%) and a $USD 4.00 rake is taken from the table, you contributed $USD 1.00 of the rake (25%).
      2. playing poker tournaments - for every $USD 1 spent on tournament fees you will earn 2 Bonus Points.
      3. playing casino games (from your poker account) – for every $USD 10 wagered in the casino you will earn 1 Bonus Point.
   7. Unless stated otherwise in the applicable Promotion-specific Terms and Conditions:
      1. immediate (non-pending) bonuses (those bonus funds which are placed in your account balance that are awarded to you in a restricted state and may be wagered immediately upon grant) may only be withdrawn after a player has collected 2.5 Bonus Points for every $USD 1 of the received bonus amount. For example, a player must accumulate 25 Bonus Points using Restricted Funds (as defined in point 1.11 above) before withdrawing a bonus totaling $USD 10. When the applicable bonus point requirements have been met, the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus will be available for withdrawal.
   8. Pending Bonuses are bonus funds awarded in a restricted state are not available for use or withdrawal until you meet the applicable wagering requirements. A 'restricted state' means that the funds are not available for withdrawal because they are subject to accumulating bonus points or other conditions.
   9. Once you accumulate 2.5 Bonus Points for every $USD 1 of the received bonus amount, the bonus and any winnings will be released for withdrawal. Any winnings derived from the use of bonus funds, whether in whole or in part, shall be paid as follows:
      1. If you use both real money and bonus funds to place a bet, any winnings will be split proportionally between your real bankroll and bonus wallet based on the ratio of real money and bonus funds used in the bet.
   10. Please note that if you do not log in to your account for a period of 90 days, your Mr Green Club Points and/or Bonus Points, if any, shall be forfeited without further notice.
   11. Wagers made by you with Restricted Funds will not count towards the accumulation of Mr Green Club Points. For more information on Mr Green Club Points, please see here.
   12. We may grant you Tournament Tickets which may be used on poker. A Tournament Ticket may be granted by Mr Green to a player as a type of bonus.
       1. A Tournament Ticket is a ticket to participate in poker tournaments which will be selected by Mr Green. The specific poker tournament for which the ticket is valid will depend on the tournament's criteria and availability.
       2. Mr Green may at any time change the tournaments for which a Tournament Ticket may be used.
       3. A Tournament Ticket is worth a fixed value and may only be used in tournaments that have a buy-in equal to the value of the Tournament Ticket. For the avoidance of doubt, unless stated in the applicable Promotion-specific Terms and Conditions. Tournament Tickets may not be used as a buy-in for a tournament where the buy-in is less than the value of a Tournament Ticket.
       4. A Tournament Ticket can’t be used by a player to re-buy chips or to add chips to his/her stack during a tournament.
       5. A Tournament Ticket can’t be used by a player in any Progressive Knock Out (“PKO”) tournament.
       6. Tournament Tickets may not be: (i) exchanged or converted into cash; (ii) combined to create a higher value ticket; or (iii) transferred by a player to another player.
       7. Each Tournament Ticket is granted with an expiry date, which is shown in the player’s account. If a Tournament Ticket is granted as part of a promotion it will expire on the earlier of: (i) termination or expiration of such promotion or (ii) the expiry date of the Tournament Ticket. Once a Tournament Ticket has expired or the promotion has ended a player shall immediately forfeit the applicable Tournament Ticket.
       8. In the event that a Tournament Ticket is granted by us for any tournament which is cancelled prior to it starting, unless otherwise stated in the applicable Promotion-specific Terms and Conditions, the Tournament Ticket will not expire or terminate but may be used by a player in another tournament of our choosing.
       9. In the event that a Tournament Ticket is used in any tournament which is then cancelled by us after it begins, unless otherwise stated in the applicable Promotion-specific Terms and Conditions, any compensation will be identical to that of players who have registered for such tournament using cash from their Available Balance.
