Live Blackjack - How to Play
As Live Blackjack is so similar to the real thing, you should be able to jump straight onto a table if you have any experience of playing the game in the past. However, if you have never experienced Blackjack, let us give you a basic rundown of how to play.

Your very first step should be finding a table with space before then selecting your initial stake. Minimum bets will vary from game to game, so make sure you check out the rules before making your decision. After the other players on your table have similarly placed their bets, the game will start.
What you are trying to do in Blackjack is beat the dealer by getting closer to 21 than them, without going over. First up, all players will receive two cards. The dealer will get the same, one face up, one face down. If you have received an Ace and a jack, queen, king or 10, you win at odds of 3/2.
If not, you have three options: stand, split, double down or hit. Standing is essentially sticking with what you have. After doing this, your turn passes to the next player. Hitting will see you receive another card. However, if you go over 21 you will lose your stake.
Doubling down can only be performed on your first turn. After receiving your first two cards you can double your bet, before receiving one more card only. Choosing to do this prevents you from hitting on your second turn, even if you are below 21.
Splitting, meanwhile, can only be done when you receive a pair in your initial hand. In this case, you can split your hand to create two new ones for which you then receive one more card each.
At the end of a game of Live Blackjack, players who get closer to 21 than the dealer without going bust are winners.
